Nederfolk

Sido Martens (62) comes from the Netherlands ,is a guitarist and used to play with the legendary folk rock band The Fungus , back in the seventies. The reasons i got that record were the rad sleeve and the Negram label. Home label also for the dutch Cosmic Dealer, Q 65 and George Baker Selection. Nobody never failed following the instinct so why not me ?
The record recorded in '76 but there is an early 70's psych folk mood all over the place ,Sido sings in English and plays great guitar parts on three instrumentals.Ace !
Listen here The Landman (vinyl rip @320) and rate for yourself. There is a short appearance from Rob van de Broeck on keyboards and on three tracks.Rob sometime member of the Chris Hinze Combination, is responsible also for the killer fusion lp "Napalis" from 1976 on Negram for those like to know.
